The Ethics Advisory Committee will be staffing a table from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. on April 16th in the 2nd floor lobby area. They will have materials from the ABA’s Consumer Toolkit for Advance Healthcare Planning (www.putitinwriting.org), Advance Directives forms that we have designed here at the hospital and Five Wishes available for anyone who stops by.

Public education programs including information about advance care planning and advance directive forms will be held on Thursday, April 10, at 6 p.m. and Friday, April 18, at 12 Noon. Both sessions will be held in the Marian Community Hospital Board Room, 141 Salem Avenue, Carbondale, PA. Reservations for the programs are requested by calling (570) 281-1281.
