For the Member Number Login Option you will need three pieces of information:

• Member Number (on your card)
• PIN (on your card)
• Password (see info below)

Or if you select the Member Email Login Option, you can use the email address we have on file for you and your password, if you'd prefer.

DocuBank assigns each new account a temporary default password.  If you are logging in for the first time and do not know your default password you can click here and select the What's My Password link to have your password emailed to you.

Once you log in to your account for the first time, we encourage you to change your password to something you will remember.

If you have logged in to your account before and changed your password but don't remember it you can also use the What's My Password link to have your password emailed to you.
